A Sulchán Áruch előtte is csak 4 ámát tilt.
It is forbidden to pass within four cubits of those who are praying. And [this is] specifically in front of them; but to their side, it is permitted to pass by and stand.
A Misna Berura idézi a Zohárt, de ebben is csak 4 ámát hoz.
But on their sides - And the Zohar Chayey Sarah forbids even on their sides within 4 cubits.
A Zohárban a 4 ámá ügyében az előre kivétel – feltehetően szigorítási irányba.
The man then said: ‘It is an established rule that a man whilst praying should not let anything interpose between himself and the wall, as it is written, “then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall” (Is. 38, 2); and it is further forbidden to pass within four cubits of the man who stands in prayer, and they have now laid down that this means on any side save directly in front of him. Further, that a man may not pray standing behind his teacher, etc. These are the decisions of the companions.’
Or HáChámá magyarázó nem akarja elfogadni ezt az értelmezést – ennyire nem egyszerű.
...
Ben Is Cháj viszont elfogadja és paszkenolja is – szükség esetén lehet támaszkodni a Sulchán Áruch döntésére.
