The [bitter] lettuce and the matzah and the Passover offering are obligated on the first night of the [Passover] Festival, and on the remaining nights [partaking of them] is optional. Rabbi Shimon says, it is an obligation for men but optional for women. Hillel the Elder would wrap all three of them together and eat them. From what time are they eaten? They are eaten once it gets dark. [If] he did not eat them once it got dark, he may eat them [at any time during] the whole night. [If] he did not eat them [at any time during] the whole night, he cannot eat them from then on. The [bitter] lettuce and the matzah and the Passover offering -- one does not prevent fulfillment [of the obligation] of the other.

משנה זבחים ה׳:ח׳

The first-born animal, tithe and the pesah are sacrifices of lesser sanctity. They are slaughtered in any part of the Temple court, and their blood requires one sprinkling, provided that he applies it against the base [of the altar]. They differ in the [rules governing] their eating: The first-born animal is eaten by priests [only], the tithe is eaten by anyone and they can be eaten in any part of the city, prepared in any manner, during two days and one night. The pesah can be eaten only at night, only until midnight, and it can be eaten only by those registered for it, and it can be eaten only when roasted.

§ The mishna teaches: The Paschal offering is eaten only at night and it is eaten only until midnight. The Gemara asks: Who is the tanna who taught this mishna? Rav Yosef said that it is Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya. As it is taught in a baraita: The verse states: “And they shall eat of the flesh on that night” (Exodus 12:8). Rabbi Elazar ben Azarya says: It is stated here: “On that night,” without stating when the night ends. And it is stated there, with regard to the plague that afflicted the firstborn Egyptians: “And I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night and I will strike every firstborn in the land of Egypt” (Exodus 12:12). With regard to the death of the firstborns the Torah states: “So said the Lord: At about midnight, I will go out into the midst of Egypt and every firstborn in Egypt shall die” (Exodus 11:4–5).
